RUNKO
Ponttooni mallit ”C” ”D” on tehty laminaattirungoista, joita yhdistävät girders. Ponttoonien muoto ja aluksen suunnittelu takaavat hyvän kantokyvyn sekä vakauden, jotka tekevät käsittelyn helpoksi ja vakaaksi. Aluksen muoto tekee sitä hyvin kelluvan ja mahdollistaa sen käytön erittäin matalissa vesissä. Tarkkaan muotoillut kellukkeet tekevät veden vastuksen pieneksi. Ponttooneissa on viisi erillistä kelluketta, ankkurilokero sekä ja kaksi isoa säilytyslokeroa. Kehikko on tehty alumiiniprofiilista.
IKKUNAT JA OVET
Ikkunat ulko-ovet, joista pääsee terassille ovat alummiraameissa ja niissä on plexilasi. WC:n, suihkun ja makuuhuoneen ovet on tehty MDU ja HDF.
VALMISTUS
Kansi on tehty 18mm vesivanerista. Sisälattia on tehty vesivanerista, joka on laminoitu molemmilta puolilta TEAK jäljitelmällä tai or lined with floor panels. Ulkolattiat keulassa ja perässä ovat komposiittia (bamboo- ja puukuituja sekä polyethylene ja muita kemiallisia lisäaineita. Keulan ja perän kaiteet on tehty ruostumattomasta teräksestä ja ovat metrin korkuisia. Seinät ja katto ovat kevytrakenteita koostuen kerrosrakenteisista paneeleista, jotka on laminoitu molemmilta puolilta ja joiden ydin on polystyreeni vaahtoa, joka eristää hyvin lämpöä
